About cancellation (chushi) of the ability examination enforcement (kokunaijisshi) Japanese for 2,020 years in the first

The 2020 first Japanese ability examination that was going to be conducted on Sunday, July 5, 2020 became the cancellation (chushi).
About the refund (I do not pass forbid) of the examination fee (jukenryo), an email reaches own e-mail address in July.
