Passer commendation ceremony of JLPT (Japanese ability examination)

I had commendation (I carry hail) of the student who made a pass (gokaku) in JLPT (Japanese ability examination).
A testimonial (hyoshojo) and the prize money (carry forbid) were sent to the person who passed it than a vice-director (fukurijicho).
In the TOKYO HIRATA JAPANESE LANGUAGE SCHOOL, I hand the prize money to N1, N2, N3 passer.
Both everybody studying in TOKYO HIRATA JAPANESE LANGUAGE SCHOOL and everybody who will enter it from now on will aim at the pass with effort!
